Estimates & Contracts
All pricing, timelines, and scopes of work are provided in written estimates or contracts. Verbal discussions do not constitute a binding agreement. Final costs may vary due to site conditions, weather, permitting, utility locates, or changes requested by the client.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and scheduling requirements will be outlined in your estimate or contract. Deposits are non-refundable once work is scheduled. Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled start date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled start date are not refundable.
